Mandals Superior Quality Hose is Key in Cadman Fluid Transfer Product
Cadman has partnered with the premiere manufacturer of TPU and Nitrile rubber lay flat hoses to provide an outstanding product for the transfer of high volume water transfer efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. Hose is the key component of any water transfer operation and as such it needs to be durable and resilient in conditions as different as the raging heat and blazing sun of the desert, to sub-zero temperatures of the depths of winter.
Mandal’s vulcanizes each of their hoses to increase durability and to give it superior mechanical properties and durability, leading to a much longer lasting hose than competitors’ brands who do not vulcanize. Hoses are ‘benched’ to provide a consistent diameter across the entire length of hose so that hose fittings will fit properly into hose ends, reducing the danger of leaks. This also makes fittings easier to install, repair and handle, saving you valuable time before and during a job.
The superior weave of Mandals’ hose prevents elongation and snaking of hose, meaning that hose stays where you put it, and is easier to retrieve after the job is done. Superior coverage of the weave during the extrusion process ensures the rubber or TPU hose won’t separate from the weave as it can in some cheaper brands and superior abrasion resistance means that the weave won’t be exposed leading to costly downtime.
Finally, UV inhibitors in the rubber mean that even under the most extreme UV environments won’t cause the hose to break down like it will in brands that don’t use inhibitors in their manufacturing - meaning you can get years of trouble - free use out of your hose.

Features
Cadman Drag Pro (drag hose) is designed for the latest environmentally friendly umbilical drag systems. These are used for distribution of slurry and manure as fertilizer in the fields of agriculture.
These systems require hoses to be connected between slurry reservoirs (lagoons) and tow tractors in the field to be fertilized. The tow tractor pulls the draghose behind it while the hose feeds the injection tool bar that deposits the manure in the plowed furrows. The distance between the lagoon and the edge of the field is made up of transfer hoses (Premium, Premium Plus, Superman HVT), but the last one or two lengths before the tow tractor are dragged in the field and put under continuous severe tress.
Cadman Drag Pro was designed with this extreme tensile stress and abrasion in mind. The TPU cover has abrasion resistance 4 – 5 times that of commonly used rubber. The tensile strength has been substansially increased to withstand the pull forces. Cadman DragPro represents the latest in environmentally friendly and safe manure distribution.
Standard lengths up to 200 meters (660 feet). Longer lengths on request for diameters lower than 6 inches.

Cadman Superman HVT is made from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) extruded through a circular woven jacket made from high tenacity filament polyester yarn.
The hose is intended for transfer of large volumes of liquid at higher than normal working pressures while at the same time being lightweight and easy to deploy.
The excellent abrasion resistance prevents the hose from being damaged when deployed in rugged terrain where other types of outer cover would be worn off quickly due to the pulsations of the flow combined with the weight of the filled hose.
The heavily reinforced weave ensures minimum extension in length and minimum “snaking” of deployed hose.
Mandals Superman HVT can operate in an ambient temperature range from -50°C to +75°C, and can withstand intermittent use up to +80°C.
Standard lengths up to 200 meters.
